Day 20 - Self-Discipline (Began Power 90)

Today was my second day of doing "Power 90 - Sweat." I am gearing up to get into P90x (thanks to my brother for giving me a copy of his).

Today is Protein Day - Lindora was having a great sale so this week I've stocked up on a variety of foods, especially soups for the Fall cooler temps. This morning, it was Maple/Brown Sugar Oatmeal and it was really good. I did my workout and had that and a lot of water thusfar. Ketosis seems to be dwindling, maybe a solid protein day will fix that. I have a few more pounds to lose, it seems to all be just dwindling around my mid-section.

I'm taking this afternoon off to start clearing out clothes that are now way too big on me.

My friend is having a baby, so I gave her a top the other night. She's gained a good amount of weight from the pregnancy, so she can really use them until she gets back to her normal size. Baby is just two weeks!
