This morning my Keto level was "Trace" and my weight was at 145 even. This means I have lost a total of 14 pounds from the day I started. I have learned how to eat better, treat my body better and be patient when it comes to addictive foods. Breathe, relax, eat a fruit or veggie instead. I am a little disappointed I didn't lose at least 20 lbs while on the program, but I did have that issue with plateau...expected, I guess. This weekend, I am doing Plateau diet from Friday-Sunday in hopes that my body will kick start into some more loss. I have a small tire around my middle still, but I don't really notice it unless I'm seated...it's gross, plain and simple.
