Day 2 - Self-Discipline

142 Pounds! "Trace" Ketosis but I've lost another pound and a half!

  1. Congrats that you're still losing! I had a tough week, so I'm on day 2 of my plateau diet. I was bummed because I'm really close to being 2 sizes smaller and 30 pounds less. I'm trying to stay positive and it helped to see you're still losing. ��
